Transit times are indicative and depend on sailing schedules, consolidation cut-offs, port congestion and customs examination. Rates are quoted per shipment on weight, CBM and product category — send us your packing list for a firm figure.
How Your Import Moves
1. Share your cargo details
Send us your supplier address in China, product type, cartons, weight and CBM. We advise sea or air and confirm what documentation your goods require.
2. Pickup and consolidation in China
Your supplier delivers to our partner warehouse. We consolidate, verify carton counts and book space on the next sailing or flight.
3. Documentation and Nigeria Customs
We prepare and process the paperwork: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, Form M and PAAR for regulated commercial imports, plus SONCAP or NAFDAC certification where the product requires it.
4. Clearing and delivery
Duty assessment, examination and release at Apapa, Tin Can or MMIA — then last-mile delivery in Lagos or haulage to any of the 36 states.
Clearing Documents You Will Need
Nigeria Customs requirements vary by product category. These are the documents most China imports are asked for — we prepare and file them on your behalf.
- Commercial invoice from your Chinese supplier
- Packing list with carton count, weight and CBM
- Bill of Lading (sea) or Air Waybill (air)
- Form M and PAAR for regulated commercial imports
- SONCAP certificate for regulated products
- NAFDAC permit for food, cosmetics and medical items
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for commercial consignees
